This policy covers the simplegeargames.com website only. Each of our games has its own privacy policy, available from the game’s page on Google Play and inside the game.

This website is operated by Simple Gear Games LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (state registration number 999.110.1614946, TIN 02340304), with its registered address at 21/1 Noragavit 13th Street, Shengavit District, Yerevan 0072, Armenia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Information we collect

This website is a simple informational site. It has no user accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies.

Technical data

When you open any website, your browser automatically sends certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the date and time of the request. Our hosting provider processes this data to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse and attacks. We do not use it to identify you.

Information you send us

If you write to us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this information only to answer you and keep the correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

3. Third-party services

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and security. Cloudflare processes technical data as described in its privacy policy.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC): provides the fonts used on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Google Play: links to our games lead to Google Play, which has its own privacy policy and terms.

These providers may process data on servers located outside Armenia.

4. Why we process data

We process the data described above to operate and secure the website and to respond to your requests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and, where you contact us, your request.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the website, or when required by law.
